Junior Olympic STATE Team
The State team is designed for divers who want to take their diving to the next level. The goals for these divers are to practice more often(2X/wk) and be exposed to club diving competitions. They will have the option to compete on the 1M and/or the 3M boards at local and state levels.

Beginner Groups

This diving class will do both dryland and water workouts. Knowledge of diving events, dive categories, and terminology will be introduced and reviewed. Each class will have a strength building warm-up and stretching to improve flexibility. Students will practice jumps, dives, and lineups off the poolside before attempting them off of the diving board. Developing balance, body awareness, and foundation skills for diving will be a fun and rewarding experience.

High School Camp Practices
Our advanced practices are designed for older divers who compete only 1M for their local high schools. The goals for these divers are to learn the necessary dives to compete, gain better techniques, and learn new dives safely to increase their degree of difficulty.

Junior Olympic NATIONAL Team
Our advanced practices are designed for divers who compete on both 1M and 3M boards at local, state, and national levels. Competition in at least 4 meets is required and requires a deposit. The goal for these divers is to eventually compete in college. All college divers are welcome to practice with us (when they are home)

Middle School Groups
This practice is for all middle school age divers. Whether looking to try a new sport or continue skill development and refinement, the coaches here can help. The basics will be taught, reviewed and applied while we work on improving the execution of current skills and dives. We will also work on and develop new dives, techniques, and strength.
